His music is just one facet of the multi-talented James. I was
lucky enough to be present during his acoustic performance at the Halloween convention held at The York Hall. James
rocked! This Town was my favourite I think. I wanted to rush
the stage and just scream and scream, but managed to control my primal urges and just sat back and enjoyed what turned out
to be a stunning performance.
It has been reported that he was so nervous prior to his first solo performance for a long time, that his
knees were shaking. There was surely no need for him to worry, his performance was exquisitive and left me feeling on
a high for hours afterwards.
He crumpled the set list and threw it into the audience, unfortunately
I was sitting on the wrong side. OMG, I wanted that set list! I only have the one, from GotR's gig at Coventry
(framed and on my wall) ;)

James ensemble comprised open necked shirt of Italian suede
which he said was a present from Steve Tartaglia; his stunt man (whom we met at the Harvest 2003, nice guy).
He wore the jeans with holey knees......denim......thighs......mmmmmm......I
digress and a silver neckchain which I was hoping was the one I'd
given him, but probably not *sighs*
Thereby
followed an outstanding performance and I can't wait for the release of his CD in March 2005!
